CORE BEER Available Year-Round
Irish Red beers are traditionally a bit on the sweeter side, with hop character that borders on fermented tea (sorry Kombucha). Look for a great balance of malt body with this one, perfect for celebrating your Irish any day of the week.
Uniquely Jack Russell: It’s always our goal to be as true-to-style as possible, and our Irish Red is no exception. We brew this one with authentic Irish malt for a pleasant, toasted character and mild aftertaste. I also get a little red fruit in the finish, which just adds to its sweetness and overall approachability.
Color: Clear, deep amber.
Stouts often claim English Porters in their genealogy, and ours is no exception. It’s a hard-working beer with an earthy, nutty quality and lightly-sweet nose. Exceptionally smooth, our Oatmeal Stout boasts an almost velvety mouthfeel.
Uniquely Jack Russell: You may also taste coffee – that’s from the roasted malts used in the recipe – and a hint of fleshy, red fruit. Very little hop flavor, which is one of the reasons it pairs and mixes so well.
Color: Dark brown.
Our pale ale delivers a smoked caramel sweetness lightly balanced with a malt backbone and hop character, making it deceivingly easy to drink. It’s truly a classic representation of the style with a Northern California twist.
Uniquely Jack Russell: In a region known for producing some of the most popular American Pale Ales (APA), ours tends to be a little more malty and complex, yet approachable for those continuing their journey up the ladder.
Color: Deeper hue with pronounced cloudiness.
Malty blonde with a mild-to-medium hop bitterness and slightly sweet finish that coats the tongue. Subtle spice wrapped up in a very complex package with layers that continue to unfold. Be careful of this one – at 8% our Strong Blonde is definitely a sipper at the end of your journey up the hill.
Uniquely Jack Russell: We are so happy with the balance of malt and hop flavors with this one! At such a high original gravity (OG – the sugar level at the start of fermentation), we have to keep a watchful eye on the process to prevent off-flavors. Enjoy!
Color: Clear golden.

Pitch a tent in the middle of nowhere and enjoy our classic brown ale. With notes of roasted marshmallow and campfire, nutty flavors dance on the tongue and finish slightly earthy. Low bitterness and ABV add to its drinkability. Be sure to bring a flashlight…
Uniquely Jack Russell: One of our most popular sellers, Howlin’ Brown Ale is our version of the classic English style of the same name. Granted, our brewhouse terrier Lucy doesn’t exactly “howl,” but she does bark at the llamas on occasion.
Color: Deep brown.
Get ready for sensory overload! Our Peach Pilsner presents beautifully clear in the glass, with a slight candy nose and brilliant white froth. There is a tang similar to that of a peach sorbet and the taste lingers for a while, ending in a bright, citrus rind flavor. Long live summer!
Uniquely Jack Russell: We use locally-grown peaches harvested in the late summer months at the peak of sweetness and flavor. After removing the skin and stone, we then add the peach flesh during fermentation for a deliciously fruit-forward version of our American Pilsner.
Color: Clear golden.
Historically a style made popular by the railroad porters in London, Porter beers have enjoyed an American resurgence in recent years. Ours builds on the traditionally brown malt foundation with a bit of caramel, black and chocolate malt for a deep, rich flavor.
Uniquely Jack Russell: Our brewery’s unique origin story starts with the brewery originally being built in 1996 to brew in the traditional English style. We have preserved that history by bringing forward the best representations of classic styles from our friends overseas, with the Porter being a standout.
Color: Ruby black.
Americans love the Fall season: the changing colors, a wooly sweater and of course, pumpkin-everything. One of our stronger beers, Pumpkin Ale takes cues from our flagship Strong Blonde while adding pumpkin spices for the perfect harvest offering.
Uniquely Jack Russell: Help us celebrate the pumpkin season at Jack Russell. Relax and enjoy our seasonal Pumpkin Ale in a true country setting. Because harvest beers were never meant to be sipped in a crowded bar with the TV blaring at you.
Color: clear golden.
